CPAP group set-up

CPAP is a major lifestyle change that is much easier with the support of a spouse, the professionals who help you set it up and peers going through the same thing.
Sleep Solutions Home Medical of Troy facilitates this process by offering group set-ups, where a new patient and spouse learn about their mask and machine alongside at least two or three other couples.
The effort is reported to be a success as the patients benefited from the questions of their peers that they may not have thought to ask.
I think this is an awesome idea. Apprehensive CPAP rookies will know they are not alone and their spouses will be up to speed so they can offer support and gentle reminders.
Here's a video about the group set-up process. Visit Sleep Solutions for more information.
